Sheet pan chicken fajitas are one of the easiest and tastiest meals you can whip up in a jiffy. With just a few basic ingredients, you can get dinner on the table in no time.

Toppings for Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

But what about toppings? Sure, you could go with the classic sour cream and guacamole, but why not mix it up a bit? 

Here are some ideas to take your sheet pan chicken fajitas to the next level:

  • Let’s start with something simple yet delicious: shredded cheese. Cheddar or Monterrey Jack will add a nice creamy texture to your fajitas.
  • Are you feeling spicy? Add some jalapeños or hot sauce for an extra kick.

How to make Sheet Pan Fajitas

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a baking sheet with olive oil
    and set aside.
  • Cut the chicken, peppers, and onions into thin slices and place them into a large bowl.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the chicken, peppers, and onions. Mix until thoroughly coated with the lime juice.
  • Add your fajita seasonings to the bowl and mix until thoroughly coated.
  • Place the chicken, peppers, and onions evenly onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven and prepare your fajitas.

  • 3 large bell peppers sliced
  • 1 medium white onion sliced
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 ½ tbsp fajita seasoning
