Decadent Chocolate Ganache Tart

A decadent chocolate ganache tart that is so easy to make! A simple cookie crust with chocolate ganache that's to die for!

Only a few ingredients are needed for this recipe. Top the tart with your favorite topping.

Start by blending the sandwhich cookies into a small chunks.

Mix together the cookie crumble and melted butter.

Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch removable bottom tart pan.

Bake the crust for 8 minutes. Remove immediately and allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Pour heated cream and butter over chocolate chips and stir.

Pour chocolate ganache into tart crust. Chill for 4 hours.

After cooling, use a blow torch 3-4 inches away from the top of the tart to remove the bubbles and to make for a shiny glossy finish before serving
