Pumpkin Spice Cake

with Cream Cheese Frosting

A delicious pumpkin spice cake topped with homemade cream cheese frosting is perfect for Fall!

To make the cake, the wet ingredients need to be mixed together with a hand mixer.

In a seperate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients for the pumpkin spice cake.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until throughly combined.

Place the batter in a greased baking dish and bake. Once the cake is baked, allow to cool before frosting.

To make the cream cheese frosting, mix together the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla.

Gradually add the powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, milk, and salt to the bowl. You will mix for a total of 2 minues 20 seconds.

The frosting will be creamy  when done. Spread over the top of the cooled pumkin spice cake.

Top the cake with finely chopped walnuts and serve.
