This easy crockpot chicken noodle dinner is my #1 favorite comfort food. It may not look like much but it tastes delicious!
When I go to Bob Evans, I always get the chicken noodle dinner. I LOVE it. They serve chicken noodles over mash potatoes and a biscuit. The perfect comfort food!
Unfortunately, all the Bob Evans close to me have closed. It made me so sad. I loved those restaurants.
So, I had to recreate the delicious chicken noodle dinner so I could make this at home.
If you follow my newsletter last week, you know my husband and I have been battling strep throat. I had asked him if he wanted me to make chicken noodle soup and he said no. He wanted this and honestly, it hurt too bad going down.
This is what my husband and I ate while fighting our strep throat. The best comfort food I could make.
So since I was sick, my photos are not the greatest for this recipe. However, I will be making this recipe again and hopefully be able to take better pictures.
Like I said before, make sure to serve over mashed potatoes. You won’t be sorry.
