How To Make Cupid’s Arrows
What you will need:
- Long twigs from tree branches
- Craft Feathers
- Gold Ribbon
- Gold Glitter Cardstock paper
- Hot glue gun
- Clear jar or vase
- Scissors
- Gold spray paint
Instructions:
Step 1: Spray the twigs outside or in a well-ventilated area. Allow to fully dry before continuing on with the craft.
Step 2: Cut small triangles out of the gold glitter cardstock. Then fold the triangles. These will be the tips of the arrows. You will need 2 triangles for each arrow.
Step 3: To form the arrow tips, glue one triangle to the end of the twig with the hot glue gun.
Do the same with the second triangle.
Step 4: Trim down a feather to a size that is appropriate for your twig. Glue the feather on the top of the twig and line it up with the arrow tip.
Step 5: Using the gold glitter ribbon, wrap around the twig and bottom of the feather several times. secure the ribbon on the back side of the arrow with a drop of glue.
Display your arrows in a clear vase or mason jar.
