Valentine’s Day Cupid’s Arrow Craft

DIY Cupid's Arrows

Learn how to make this adorable rustic Valentine’s Day Cupid’s Arrow Craft! Using just a few items to create beautiful decor that is perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Guess what! Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! Can you believe it? How are you going to decorate for the holiday?

How To Make Cupid’s Arrows

What you will need:

  • Long twigs from tree branches
  • Craft Feathers
  • Gold Ribbon
  • Gold Glitter Cardstock paper
  • Hot glue gun
  • Clear jar or vase
  • Scissors
  • Gold spray paint

Instructions:

Supplies for Cupid's Arrows

Step 1: Spray the twigs outside or in a well-ventilated area. Allow to fully dry before continuing on with the craft.

Step 2: Cut small triangles out of the gold glitter cardstock. Then fold the triangles. These will be the tips of the arrows. You will need 2 triangles for each arrow.

Step 3:  To form the arrow tips, glue one triangle to the end of the twig with the hot glue gun.

Do the same with the second triangle.

Step 4: Trim down a feather to a size that is appropriate for your twig. Glue the feather on the top of the twig and line it up with the arrow tip.

Step 5: Using the gold glitter ribbon, wrap around the twig and bottom of the feather several times. secure the ribbon on the back side of the arrow with a drop of glue.

Display your arrows in a clear vase or mason jar.
