This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Udi’s Gluten Free. The opinions and text are all mine. Official BlogFrog Sweepstakes Rules.

When it comes time to rise and shine, I like a nice hearty meal to start the day. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right?

For years, I have been hooked on Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Bagels, but wanted to create one that is a Gluten Free variety for my family to enjoy. With Udi’s Gluten Free Bagels, I can now do that! Please join me as I try something new!

I have done my research and gotten products below that are all gluten-free. Please read your labels when you purchase products to ensure that you are choosing the gluten-free options of the ingredients below.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Slices Bacon
  • 1 Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel, Plain
  • 1 Slice American Cheese
  • Butter, for toasting bagels

Directions:

Step 1: Cook the 2 slices of Bacon. I usually do this in the oven or on the stove stop and pat away the grease.

Step 2: Scramble the egg, but don’t cut it apart like you usually do. The more together it is, the better it will stay on your bagel.

Step 3:  Open the bagel and lay it on it’s top. Add a little bit of butter to the inside of the bagels so they toast nicely and putt hem in the oven just long enough to tast the tops.

Step 4: Create your sandwich. Place the cheese on first, then the egg (which will melt the cheese) and then add your bacon. Enjoy!

Be sure to head over to Udi’s Gluten Free Community to join in the conversation and find out what you can make gluten free!

Right now, Udi’s is offering the chance to send two people to California for a 3 day, 2 night stay and the opportunity to take a Gluten Free cooking class a Le Cordon Bleu. Ten additional finalists will receive an Udi’s shopping bag with $25 of coupons to be used toward Udi’s products!
