Ingredients

sweet potatoes
peeled and cubed
¼
cup
butter

teaspoon
salt
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place cubed sweet potatoes into a pot with water and boil them until soft.
Drain water and add butter, salt, and Vanilla Extract and mash using a potato masher.
Place in an 8×8 baking dish and top with marshmallows.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until the marshmallows begin to toast on top.
