Homemade taco seasoning is extremely easy to make and helps to save money! It is easy to mix up a small batch or increase the recipe for a large batch!
In a small bowl or glass jar, stir all ingredients together.
Store in an air-tight container.

I usually give the seasoning a stir before using, if it has been sitting for a while.To use for taco meat: brown 1 pound of ground beef. After the beef has been cooked, drained, and returned to the skillet, add 2 tablespoons of seasoning and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until the liquid has evaporated or absorbed into the meat.2 tablespoons of taco seasoning = 1 packet of taco seasoning
