Instructions
Preheat over to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and beat on Medium until well mixed. I use my mixer for this.
Line your muffin tin with liners and pour them 3/4 full with the batter.
Bake for 16-18 minutes.
