garlic
minced (or I used 2 tsp of freeze-dried garlic cloves)

jalapeños
chopped with seeds and stems removed

red peppers
chopped with seeds and stems removed

cilantro
chopped

ground cumin

olive oil

tablespoons
lime juice
Salt and cayenne to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the black beans, corn, garlic, jalapeños, red peppers, cilantro, and cumin.
Add in the olive oil and lime juice, mix well.
Mix in salt and cayenne to your taste preference.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
