Fresh Salmon Patties

Enjoy this salmon patty recipe that is made with fresh salmon. Using fresh salmon over canned gives these salmon cakes an excellent flavor!

First, chop the fresh Salmon filets.

Add part of the panko breadcrumbs, mayo, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, dillweed, salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix until fully combined.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add the chopped Salmon, green onions, celery, red bell peppers and white onion.

Mix all ingredients from the 2 bowls together.

Shape 8 patties and place them in the breadcrumbs so the patties are fully covered.

Cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
