Disclosure: I received the JAWS cleaning system with the purpose of reviewing the product for this website. I received no monetary compensation for this post. All thoughts and opinions are 100% honest and are that of my own.
I received the JAWS® (Just Add Water™ System) to review. The system is a set of 4 cleaning products created by JAWS International, Ltd. JAWS® is an environmentally friendly system reducing waste in landfills. The bottles are reusable with the concentrated refill cartridges. JAWS is a Midwest company that is based in Toledo, Ohio that started based on the value to ““Stop Shipping Water…It’s the Right Thing to Do”.
The cleaning products I received contained the Glass & Hard Surface Cleaner, Multi-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser, Bathroom Cleaner/Deodorizer, and Disinfectant Cleaner Degreaser. I received 4 reusable spray bottles along with their respective cleaning cartridges. The cleaner is quite easy to mix up. All you need to do is fill the bottle with water, insert the cleaning cartridge, and put the spray nozzle in and the concentrated cleaner will mix with the water. If you have children (or are just easily entertained), they will most likely want to put the nozzle in as it is rather cool to see the colored concentrate mix with the water. It’s almost like pouring food coloring into water.
I used all four cleaners on multiple surfaces. It was nice not to have my hands smelling like cleaner when I was done. It was also nice not to have that lingering smell of cleaner in the house. The glass cleaner did a nice job of removing the water spots on my bathroom mirror. The disinfectant works well to wipe down your kitchen counters with when you are finished cooking/washing dishes for the evening. The bathroom cleaner left my faucet shiny and free of spots.
JAWS is available at many retailers and also online from Amazon.com and costs around $4.79 for the bottle including one cartridge. Additional cartridges can be purchased in a 2-pack for around $3.29 (prices may vary by retailer).
Currently, through December 28, 2011 at Marsh Supermarkets located in the Midwest – the JAWS cleaning products are $1 off, with the register markdown (so they will be $3.29 instead of the regular price of $4.29).
Which one of the JAWS cleaning products do you think would work the best in your home?
