  • 1 Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
  • 1 Package Hot Cocoa Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 1/3 Water
  • Kraft Cool Whip Frosting in Vanilla
  • Peppermint Chocolate Pieces to top

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line 12-hole muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Mix devil’s food cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and cocoa mix until well blended.
  4. Fill liners 3/4 of the way full with mixture.
  5. Bake for 19 minutes.
  6. Top with Cool Whip Frosting and peppermint pieces.
  7. Yields approx. 18 cupcakes.
