Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/316 oz. block of Velveeta cheese, cubed.
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 110 oz can of Rotel, Original Flavor (Can use hot or mild also depending on taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain grease.
  2. Add cumin, taco seasoning, and 1 can of Rotel, drained.
  3. Cube about 2/3 of the block of Velveeta cheese and add to the hamburger mixture on medium heat.
  4. Allow the cheese to melt.
  5. Remove from heat and serve warm with tortilla chips.
