I have been joking around with my husband for the past few years that eventually our house with be covered in princesses. I feel like that statement has finally come full circle this year. My daughter is now old enough to play with most dolls and it seems like that is what she has been requesting the most for Christmas presents.
We have really been getting into the Augmented Reality apps lately that we can interact with at our local Walmart, so when we heard about the Royal Ball app for the newest Cinderella movie release, we were very excited! I downloaded it right away and my daughter started playing with it.
Within the app there is a map where your child can go to the boutique and choose an outfit for the ball, they can build their own carriage to take them to the ball, and even dance at the ball! It’s a fun interactive app that allows the kids to take photos of themselves also!
I have been very impressed with the graphics. My daughter has had so much fun playing with this.
To unlock more dresses and carriage options, you can go to your local Walmart and scan signage with your phone. I had to go to Walmart to pick up a few princess items for my daughter for Christmas, so I took my phone along to unlock some of the dresses for my daughter.
Some of the great Disney Princess products that I purchased at Walmart include the Transforming Pumpkin Carriage and the MagiClip Castle, and I stocked up on accessories and supplies to gift wrap these items with for my daughter! To view my shop and more photos from the app, visit my Google + album here.
My daughter loves Cinderella. When she was about 2 1/2 she started saying what we thought was “Sarah” and it turned out that she was actually saying “Cinderella” and wanted to watch Cinderella all the time! Cinderella is her favorite Disney Princess right now.
I have the gifts hidden so that my daughter can’t spot them! I’m going to go ahead and start wrapping them this weekend so that she won’t be able to see what they are until Christmas morning!
I’m planning on creating a fun way to gift wrap these items, so after I do that this weekend, I will bring you another post showing you what I decided to do!
Do you have tiny princesses in your home? Which Disney Princess is their favorite?
