I love mushrooms, so anytime I can sneak them into a meal, I will! They are low calorie, contain zero fat and are the only vegetable to contain Vitamin D!

So, how do you swap in mushrooms in your favorite dish?
- Chop them up and make sure that they match the consistency of the meat you ra replacing.
- Add them to ground beef, or turkey, so that you don’t have to use as much of the actual meat. (This is a great tip for your pocketbook also.)
- Cook and season them the exact same way.
