It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Branson, Missouri, but I used to love visiting as a young adult. You might not have thought about Branson as a great place for a getaway, but they have a ton of great attractions and a family atmosphere!
The Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing is located on Lake Taneycomo, famous for having some of the best trout fishing in the world. Branson Landing is one of my favorite places for shopping! If you have never been to Branson, they have amazing shopping! The Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel is located adjacent to the Promenade and is also within minutes to Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City and the Branson Theater District.
Some of the packages that these hotels have going on this holiday season are listed below.
The Silver Dollar City package makes for a great vacation to Branson’s number one attraction! This package includes tickets for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) and rooms start at $257.50 per night.
The Santa Claus package is geared toward a family of four and includes breakfast with Santa at the popular Level 2 Restaurant, a gift for the children and rooms starting at $228 per night. The Level 2 Steakhouse also offers Thanksgiving specials such as the Thanksgiving Brunch and “Turkey To Go.”
The third package is just for the shoppers! Branson has wonderful shopping. This package includes your hotel, a $25 Gift Certificate to Branson Landing and a $25 to Tanger Outlets, a huge outlet mall in Branson. Add in a complimentary breakfast for two and this is a great package to energize you for your shopping trip!
When I go to Branson, I love to drive down the main strip and look at all of the attractions. If your family enjoys go-carts or mini golf, you will be in heaven in Branson. Those activities are always a favorite in our family. Another favorite of ours is some of the shows, such as Dixie Stampede, or Riding the Ducks in the summertime. I’ve heard that the Titanic Exhibit is amazing as well and hope to go there this holiday season when I visit my family.
I’ve lived in Missouri the biggest portion of my life and Branson will always be one of my favorite places to visit in the state. Have you ever been there? What was your favorite attraction?
