Easy Meals with Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken #FrozenFavorites #cBias

Sesame Chicken

Sometimes it is hard for me to fit in a good lunch in-between all of the running around I do for others. My husband comes home for lunch and I usually take a break from work to fix him and I something quick. Lean Cuisine meals have been perfect for this and are a much better alternative to grabbing fast food.

This week, I wanted to go to the new Sam’s Club that had opened up in our town. I’ve never been before, can you believe that? As I went in search of items that we could make quickly for lunch and dinner, I noticed that they had a 6-pack of Asian flavored Lean Cuisine meals for an excellent price!  Please click here to view my album showing my shopping experience at Sam’s Club.

I easily found what I was looking for at the store. They had the aisle clearly labeled with “Meals” and the products packaged nicely to stand out.

I loved my first shopping experience at Sam’s Club. The associates were very kind and helped me understand the levels of membership. Mostly, I was impressed with the convenience. Everything was bigger and I love that about this store. I have major issues with shopping at big box stores because the parking lots are dangerous. We have one Walmart in town that I won’t even go to because I’ve been hit 3 times in my car. No kidding. I was very impressed with the lot at Sam’s Club and how large the spaces and the lanes were. I also fell in love with the extra large carts.

Seriously, there is enough room for 2 kids and my purchases! Yay!

I was also impressed with the value that I got on the items I purchased. I ended up with about 8 meals for my husband and myself for less than $25. A-MAZING!

When I got ready to make lunch the next day, I got out the Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken and popped it in the microwave for about 4 minutes. While I was microwaving the frozen meal, I got out some lettuce and cheese and started making a side salad. I love to serve salads alongside my frozen meals to give us more of a full meal at lunch. I find that this keeps both my husband and I full for the rest of the day.

This Lean Cuisine meal happens to be just 330 calories. It was delicious!
