By now, I think that you all realize that I have a massive sweet tooth! As a busy mom, my favorite types of recipes are those that contain few ingredients and are quick and easy to prepare. Dole is hosting a contest right now called the California Cook-Off, where you can submit your very own recipes using Dole products. The rules of the contest are to use 1 cup of any Dole product in your recipe to win a chance to go to Los Angeles. While there you will compete for the grand prize of $10,000 and have your recipe judged by Celebrity Chef Ben Ford. Additionally, two runners up will receive $1,000 cash.
Don’t have an original recipe to submit? That’s okay, because you can apply to be a Fan Judge at the competition. One winner will be selected for the fan judge position in the sweepstakes and win a trip to Los Angeles to the California Cook-Off competition and $500 cash! I urge you to enter!
