I’m a tee shirt and jeans type of girl. But, I prefer to wear a nice tee over a big bulky one when I am going out and want to look nice. Old Navy has the BEST-TEES for that!
I have always purchased tee shirts from Old Navy. They are affordable, stylish, come in a wide range of colors and styles and are easy to layer, which is very important here in the Midwest! I’ve put long sleeved shirts under them, suit jackets over them and even layered two different colored tees together. They are staple item in my wardrobe!
Not only that, but they fit amazing. Their new line of tees are made with the softest, most comfortable material that expands to fit the contours of your body perfectly.
I chose a green (astroturf) Old Navy BEST-TEES crew neck tee to review. It goes great with jeans, khakis and my capri pants. Old Navy does not disappoint! The tee is of great quality and the colors haven’t faded throughout washing. All Old Navy layering tees that I have purchased throughout the years have lasted me at least 2-3 years of wear – and only that long because I expanded when I had a baby.
Another thing I like so well about these tess is that the arm holes fit me so well. I typically have trouble with very tight sleeves because I have large arms, but these expand with my arm and fit nicely. I also feel that these tees give me the best possible look in the stomach area (which is the spot on my body that I would like to hide the most). I’ve found that by layering them I can appear to hide some of my belly bulge and still look nice.
They are also very affordable. At just $8.50 per tee, you can definitely afford to mix and match. They also have tanks, v-neck, ruched and long-sleeved versions to select from at affordable price points.
